My name is Owusu Dankwah Prince. I graduated from Genius IT Brainery in 2024, where I studied website development, complemented by a free graphic design session. Currently, I am a National Service Personnel. With the knowledge I acquired at Genius IT Brainery (GITB), I have excelled in multiple roles, including working as a graphic designer and freelancing as a website developer. These ventures have not only satisfied numerous clients but have also been financially rewarding.

My stay at Genius IT Brainery was remarkably productive. The environment was peaceful and conducive, allowing me to fully absorb the teachings of Mr Desmond Kitsi, the best IT tutor in my world. The program was predominantly practical, accounting for 90% of the learning process, greatly honing my technological skills. I engaged in numerous projects, assignments, and take-home tasks, advancing my abilities and understanding.

Before joining GITB, my previous knowledge was primarily theoretical. Overcoming this hurdle at GITB was a significant success for me through persistent practice and the support of my instructor and peers.

My advice to current students and fellow alumni is simple: focus on advancing your skills through consistent practice and building more projects. Practical experience is the best teacher. Do not hesitate; just start. Truthfully, the job market today demands advanced skills and capabilities, particularly in the world of technology.

The lessons and experiences at Genius IT Brainery have transformed my life. The technological skills I acquired have provided me with a competitive edge and have greatly advanced my career. Beyond working independently, I have been able to establish partnerships with other developers across different cities to develop websites for clients.  This collaboration has significantly expanded my professional network, broadened my scope of work, and increased my earning potential. It has also provided me with insights into diverse development strategies, fostering continuous learning and innovation. GITB’s impact has truly set me on a path of exponential growth and success.

Looking ahead, I aim to further refine my skills in website development and graphic design, exploring emerging technologies to stay ahead in the industry. My ultimate dream is to establish a tech company that provides innovative solutions while mentoring and inspiring the next generation of tech enthusiasts.

In summary, my journey at Genius IT Brainery has been life-changing. The knowledge and skills I gained have enabled me to excel professionally, contribute meaningfully to my field, and achieve financial independence. I am proud to be an alumnus of GITB and am excited about what the future holds.
