Some stories unfold quietly but leave a lasting impact. Keh Roselyn Precious’s journey is one of grace under pressure, quiet determination, and the transformative power of self-belief.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Professional Studies, Accra in 2022, Roselyn knew she wanted more than just a life of survivalshe was determined to thrive. That ambition led her to Genius IT Brainery’s Lead Digital Skills Program, a pivotal move that redefined her path.
At the Brainery, Roselyn wasn’t just learning tech skills, she was reinventing herself. With each class, she gained not only technical know-how but also the confidence to stand tall and bring value wherever she went. She discovered a new version of herself—capable, empowered, and ready for the digital age.
Today, Roselyn is the friendly and efficient face behind the front desk at New Palace Guest House in Ho, Volta Region, where she expertly manages guest relations, reservations, and administrative tasks. But there’s more to her than meets the eye. Before this role, she served at the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) during her National Service, where she supported the Regional General Manager’s office. Her contributions included collecting demographic data, educating customers on digital payments, and playing an active role in ECG’s transition to a cashless system.
“It wasn’t always easy,” Roselyn reflects. “Deadlines, demanding clients, and multitasking taught me more than any textbook ever could.” Thankfully, her training at the Genius IT Brainery had already equipped her with the tools that matter most. Critical thinking, adaptability, and empathy.
These soft skill, soften overlooked are her superpowers. They’re what turn an administrative professional into the heartbeat of any organization. Her success lies not just in what she does, but how she does it with warmth, resilience, and organization.
Roselyn isn’t stopping here. Her next goal? Advancing into senior administrative management. She’s now focused on building proficiency in advanced digital tools to stay competitive in an increasingly tech-driven world.
Her message to peers and fellow GITBAN alumni is simple yet powerful:
“Don’t just chase titles. Build skills. The world is moving fast. Stay ready, stay adaptable, and always be willing to learn something new.”
For Roselyn, Genius IT Brainery wasn’t just a course, it was a turning point. It gave her the digital foundation to succeed and the courage to take charge of her future.
Keh Roselyn Precious is living proof that with curiosity, competence, and courage, you can transform your life, one bold step at a time.
